Groups, Families & Reunions
Six bedrooms, two kitchens and a private backyard — one house for the whole group.
Built for groups
Hotels split a group across hallways and floors. The Grand Oasis keeps everyone under one roof while still giving people space. The house runs as two self-contained levels, each with its own full kitchen and its own laundry room, so ten people can cook, eat and do laundry without lining up.
Six private bedrooms are themed across the two levels. Upstairs, The Oasis Retreat has Sage Retreat, The Cove and the Horizon Suite. Downstairs, The Passport Collection has The Wanderer's Twin, The Monaco Room and The Voyager's Nook. Parents can take one floor and the kids or friends the other.

Who stays here
Two or three families travelling together are the most common group. Others come for reunions, milestone birthdays, golf trips or a team offsite. A dedicated workspace and fast wifi make it practical for work trips, and the in-home gym, table tennis and games keep everyone busy on a rainy afternoon.
The backyard
The private backyard has a covered pergola deck with a 65-inch outdoor TV, an outdoor kitchen with a six-burner BBQ, a turf lawn and a covered hot tub that seats six. A cedar sauna and cold plunge run all year. From May 1 to September 30 the 40 by 20 heated pool opens as well.
Why not a hotel
With a group of eight or ten, a hotel means several separate rooms, meals out for every sitting and nowhere to gather in the evening except the lobby. A whole house changes that. Everyone can eat breakfast together, the kids can play while the adults talk, and the backyard becomes the group's own lounge.
Two kitchens mean two families can keep their own routines, from early breakfasts to late dinners, and two laundry rooms make longer stays easy. Between the gym, the games and the yard, there is space for people to spend time apart as well as together.
Planning your stay
Check-in is from 4 pm and checkout is by 11 am. The house is non-smoking indoors, and quiet hours run from 10 pm to 8 am. Send your dates, group size and any special requests with your inquiry, and Stuart will confirm availability and a direct-booking rate, usually the same day.
Getting around
The house is in Old Glenmore, about five minutes from downtown Kelowna, City Park and the lake. Golf courses such as Tower Ranch, The Harvest and Gallagher's Canyon are roughly 10 to 15 minutes away, and Big White Ski Resort is about an hour in winter. A car is the easiest way to get around.
