Mid-Term Stays · November to March
Fully furnished, all-inclusive and five minutes from downtown — for one week to three months.
Who it's for
From November 1 to March 1, The Grand Oasis takes stays of one week to three months. It suits people who need a real home in Kelowna for a while rather than a hotel room: travel nurses and locum physicians, construction and trades crews, families displaced by an insurance claim, and professionals relocating to the Okanagan.
Everything is already here. You arrive with a suitcase and the house is ready, with furnished bedrooms, equipped kitchens and wifi.

Rates
Whole-home monthly stays (one to three months) are $8,500 per month, all in. Weekly stays are $2,450 per week. A refundable damage deposit of $1,500 applies. Holiday peaks (mid-December to early January, and parts of February and March) may be priced separately — ask for your dates.
For crews and teams, the cost per bedroom across six bedrooms is often well below a block of hotel rooms, and everyone gets a kitchen to cook in.
Living here
The house runs as two self-contained levels, each with its own full kitchen and its own laundry room, so housemates or a crew can keep their own routines. There is a dedicated workspace and fast wifi, parking for three to four vehicles, and a plaza within walking distance with groceries, a pharmacy and a clinic. Kelowna General Hospital is a short drive away.
After a long shift, the covered hot tub, cedar sauna and cold plunge run all winter. The outdoor pool is closed for the season from October through April.
Why a whole house
A month in a hotel room gets old quickly: no real kitchen, no laundry, and nowhere to relax after work. At The Grand Oasis each person can have a private bedroom, there are two kitchens to cook proper meals in, and two laundry rooms mean no waiting for machines. For a crew or a group of colleagues, sharing the house usually costs far less per person than separate hotel rooms for the same period.
For families displaced by a fire, flood or renovation, it means the household can stay together in a comfortable, fully furnished home while repairs happen. Stuart can work with your insurance adjuster or relocation coordinator on dates and paperwork.
How it works
Send an inquiry with your start date, how long you need and who is staying. Stuart will confirm availability and send a simple agreement and payment details. Check-in is self-serve, so arriving after a late flight or a night shift is easy. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged on request.
Location
The house is in Old Glenmore, a quiet residential area about five minutes from downtown Kelowna. Big White Ski Resort is about an hour away for days off.
